*Due to COVID-19, please understand shipping carriers are overwhelmed and your package could possibly be delayed and take longer to update in the USPS system.
- Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Our business processing days are Mondays-Fridays. In the event that we experience a high volume of orders, we ask that you apply up to 2 extra business days for processing outside of the normal processing days.
- Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-4 business days for standard shipping (USPS first class package), and 1-2 business days for Priority shipping (USPS Priority).
- Be sure to check spam and junk folders carefully for your confirmation email, and your shipping email. Your order confirmation comes directly after your purchase, shipping confirmation will send once your products have been sent by the postal carrier. From there you can track your order by using the tracking number provided in the email.
- All purchases that are shipped standardly should arrive within 3-4 business days or sooner, based on the shipping selected. Packages are shipped via USPS. Once tracking numbers are sent, they can take a minimum of 12-48 hours to be updated by USPS.
*If a package is returned at fault of the buyer, the buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling.
- We recommend customers to choose Priority shipping, because it is the only option that comes with insurance for the safety of your package.
- Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for packages; If something happens to your package, please contact USPS first before contacting us.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, USPS mail transfers to your country, ground transportation or delays once the package has left our premises.
- All orders are shipped via USPS international. We ask that you allow 7-24 days for delivery depending on the country. Your order may be subject to custom fees that YOU will be responsible for paying.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- As of now, all sales are final and we offer no exchanges in light of COVID-19.
- If we receive a package back due to an incorrect address or an address being invalid, you will be contacted and required to pay an additional $5 to ship the package back out. Please be sure to check that your information is correct before confirming your order!
- You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Once the 24 hours has passed, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
