Most frequent questions and answers

All orders will process between 1 to 3 days, then 2-7 days for the shipping option chosen at checkout. MTF’s processing days are from Mondays-Fridays excluding U.S. holidays & Weekends.

If for any reason, you decide that you’d like to cancel your order, there will be a $7 restock fee taken from your refund. Customers have up to 12 hours to contact us and cancel their order. Once the 12 hour mark has passed, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Currently, we only offer wholesale ordering for the loose powder highlighters. For inquiries, please contact us at contact@mtfcosmetics.com. Please be sure to your contact information, and the product you would like to order.

The current shipping options are USPS First Class Package & USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, please allow 12-24 hours to be updated by USPS. If it’s been 48 hours since your order has updated, please contact us at shipping@mtfcosmetics.com so we can check on your package. 

Once your order has shipped, MTF is no longer responsible for packages and how they are handled by USPS. We are not responsible for packages that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, mail transfers from country to country, or delays once the package is out of our hands. 

 

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow 5-21 days for delivery depending on the country. Your order may be subject to custom fees that you will be responsible for paying.

USPS First class will usually be delivered within 3 days, and USPS Priority will usually be delivered within 2 days.

If you believe your order is lost, be sure to contact us immediately. After contacting us about your order, we ask that you open up a claim with USPS. Please note that if you have chosen USPS first class package, it does not come with insurance. 

*If 14 days have passed, please note we are no longer liable to offer assistance or issue you a refund on your order. 

*If you choose First Class Package, your order does NOT come with insurance. In order for your package to come with insurance, you must select Priority Mail. We are not liable for orders shipped without insurance however we can do our best to accommodate you.

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns based on preferences or allergies. We will however do our best to accommodate you. Please be sure to read over the ingredients list before purchasing. MTF products have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration so please be sure to test each product before full usage.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. Please be sure to double check over shipping information before submitting. Once the shipping label is created, we cannot change addresses. We allow up to 24 hours to make address changes to orders after purchase. 

If we receive a package back due to an incorrect address or an address being invalid, you will be contacted. Once we have contacted you, there will be a fee of $10 to reship your order that is non-refundable. If you desire a refund, please contact us and we will refund your order minus the shipping label plus a 7$ restocking fee

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at shipping@mtfcosmetics.com and include “DAMAGED Order [insert order # here]” in the subject line. Please send pictures of damaged items and proof of purchase.

If your package isn’t insured and arrives damaged on behalf of the post office, we are not obligated to offer a replacement or issue a refund. We will do our best to assist you with other options. If your package is insured, please be sure to open a claim with USPS. If you are refunded by USPS, please note that we are not obligated to send you a new package.

 

MTF Cosmetics takes pride in shipping and handling all orders with care to ensure all orders are correct upon delivery. If you noticed you’re missing items or your order is wrong, please contact us immediately at shipping@mtfcosmetics.com so we can take care of the issue.
